Estudiar el pasado para comprender el presente

 

La matemática ha sido una de las ramas que día a día ha venido evolucionando de una forma considerada; es por eso que en este espacio se pretende dar a conocer y a su vez contextualizar acerca de la historia que esta presenta, además de diferentes autores que han aportado a su evolución. Es de resaltar que la civilización griega se ha considerado como una de las más antiguas y que fueron las más sofisticada, puesto que, utilizaron la lógica para deducir conclusiones establecidas por definiciones, reglas y teoremas, también podemos encontrar otras civilizaciones que se fueron desarrollando durante la historia de las matemáticas, como lo son la civilización egipcia y Babilónica. Por otra parte, se evidencia la participación de diferentes pensadores que aportaron durante esta época todos sus conocimientos; dentro de estos se destaca al gran matemático y filósofo Pitágoras, tales de Mileto, Euclides, entre otros; todos ellos dieron aportes significativos como el teorema de Pitágoras, teorema de Tales, la obra Elementos de Geometría, etcétera. Son tantos los años que han trascurrido y la matemática aún se sigue intacta.

and theorems, we can also find other civilizations that developed during the history of mathematics, 

as are the Egyptian and Babylonian civilizations. On the other hand, the participation of different

 thinkers who contributed all their knowledge during this time is evident; Within these, the great

 mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras, such as Miletus, Euclides, among others, stands out;

 all of them gave significant contributions such as the Pythagorean theorem, Thales' theorem,

 the work Elements of Geometry, and so on. So many years have passed and mathematics is 

still intact.

In the history of mathematics, many civilizations were noted for their important contributions that 

allowed the rise of new theories
